Bike Ride through the Giants

There are few words to describe riding through this forest of giants. Silence is one...riding slowly so I did not make a sound, I could not believe how silent the densest parts of the forest became. I was in freakin awe and wonder all day. I only rode about 30 miles or so over about 6 hours, but that Avenue kicked my old ass. Here's a picture on the Avenue...a couple other riders were coming up the road. 

And I laid right at the bottom of one and took this picture. 

I'm too damn tired to write much tonight. I'm packing up tomorrow and heading to Coos Bay, OR. Back to the coast! (Darcy, I'm camping at Sunset Bay Park!)

My dear friends here at Redcrest Resort just visited and gave me the total of the lamp post damages...Kevin's givin me the evil eye. WTF. It's just money.
